I recently hit a deer with my and my agent, Chris Zimmerman, his office staff, particularly Michelle and Clint Korpalski, the Lansing claims affiliate were GREAT with helping me to quickly process the claim, connect me with a reliable repair shop (Car Center of Big Rapids, with have been excellent service so far), and making me feel settled  with the process moving forward in a timely and trustworthy fashion. I did find some snags with setting up a car rental and Clint from the Lansing office went above and beyond to make sure I had coverage when I found a suitable rental while my car was being repaired. I am relatively new with this company and have not had many claims in my life.
